I was yet again delighted with Scott’s work and it was the third time he has helped me hang items on the wall. I was worried about a large, heavy mirror but despite issues with the wall behind, he managed to think laterally and hang the mirror securely in the exact position I wanted. He also helped me plan out the arrangement of several paintings by laying them out on the floor first which made it so much easier to see what it would look like and to decide what should go where. Scott is so professional and friendly, I can’t recommend him highly enough!

This is the first time we have used a professional service to hang our art and mirrors and it is undoubtedly one of our best decisions with our new home. Scott did a tremendous job for us hanging 28 pictures and mirrors. Following a complete redecoration the walls were blank and there were few certainties about what would go where best. Scott offered options and advice throughout and made the whole process an unexpectedly enjoyable experience. In a Victorian house where nothing is quite straight and even some of the supposedly identical frames had variations, Scott made sure that the hanging took account of these to get the right effect. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Scott did a great job and walked me through every step he was doing – the end result was exactly as I wanted.
Even though my house is very uneven with slopes all over the place, the pictures and mirrors all look perfect where they have been hung.
If I had tried to do it myself, it would have taken three times as long and probably with botched results.

I was recommended The Picture Hanger by a friend who had turned to them following bad quality jobs done by the likes of Task Rabbit. This may be a slightly more expensive option, but the service is prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and the end product always first class. Both times I have used them I have had Scott, who is easy going and very helpful with advice on both where and how to hang various pictures. I would not hesitate in either recommending them or using them again.
